Former Miss India Aishwarya Rai performed for NDTV unveiling of the seven wonders. Traditionally dressed she performed for hours on medley with the well known choreographer Shiamak Davar and his troupe. The performance represents the tradition, heritage, colors and music of India.

After that, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan unveiled two religious wonders of India – Golden Temple and Tawang Monastery.
“I have visited the temple many times. You enter and something happens. It has a lot of energy and is very peaceful,” Mrs. Bachchan said.

At the event, the seven wonder also revealed: Red Fort, Konark Sun temple, Dholavir, Khajuraho, Jaisalmer Fort, the Meenakshi temple and the ancient Nalanda.

Famous designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee presents their traditional textiles and designs of India at the event.
