As per Jessica, “My mom has great legs – they are hereditary. I think when my mom had me I came out wearing high heels – I even go to the beach in them! And I walk around my house in them, so that helps keep my legs in shape.”

 She thinks curves are empowering and people can’t strut their stuff when they are skinny!  

In a recent interview she said that she use to do a lot of Pilates. She also works with 5lb to 10lb weights to get toned. But Jessica also added that she don’t want to be beefy. As per Simpson, she works her legs too hard end up looking like a wrestler!
